Working out while fasting

im fasting for Ramadan no eating or drinking from sunrise to sunset (21.5 hour fast) and have been doing this for 7 days now. I have 21 more fast days to complete. During the fast, I take out my daughters in the double stroller, for a 4 miles brisk uphill ealk/jog as the weather is glorious here in the UK at the moment. I feel absolutely fine and eat healthily and drink a lot of water in the times I am allowed to eat and drink.

My question is this: am i likely to harm myself in any way if I continue with the 4 miles walks every other day until the end of Ramadan? I feel Absolutely fine and am losing weight nicely (a few vanity pounds 5' 7, 141 pounds) but am a little worried as I've read that working out while in a fasted state can be detrimental to ones health.

Can anyone put my mind at ease?

You say you're eating in the time allotted. Are you getting enough calories?

Good for you for being able to work out a bit during Ramadan....that's not something I've been able to do while fasting. Some people have very active jobs and they still fast during Ramadan, so really I think as long as you feel fine, then you're ok.

I don't really count calories but can't possibly eat anymore without feeling terribly bloated as I drink a lot of water. I don't feel weak or particularly hungry during the fast either so am assuming that I'm doing something right...? Or is that my body tricking me...hmmm

Ramadan Mubarak ❤️ how you're having a very spiritual one!
