It's been about 7-10 days on this plan. I believe it will work for me. I had a bumpy start with my b-day and all. Too many desserts that I couldn't pass up! Wine is a weakness as well. But I'm on it now, counting away and exercising. Wish me well! Good luck to all of you!:wink:

    I am the same, dreaded wine and birthdays, not to mention all the food. My 45th Sunday week ago and my daughters 18th this weekend with a planned 3 day celebration coming up!!! Arrrggghh - have sent you a friend request if you wish to ( I live in Australia) so we can help each other through. I have been with MFP since March (I think) and found it really does help. Especially with a great support group that I have encourages me to actually exercise to keep up with them!!! Which is what I am going to do now - treadmill, here I come :happy:
