The diet and cardio has been a mess iv not done cardio in 2 weeks due to fasting for ramadan but iv been lifting weights,
diet has been bad Iv been of my calories and was over last week by 2884 over my weekly and this week 1447 which is a slight improvement but iv been less active so iv probally gained week.
I was doing boxing twice a week and cardio 3 days a week
have I messed up I think I can turn it around and do more cardio and go strict on my calorie counting

It's only two weeks. Even if you did eat at a surplus, and gained a LITTLE, it's just a small hiccup on your journey. Just continue counting as normal.0
