What exercises do I do to get my hips bigger? I know there is a way to sculpt your body into the perfect shape by exercise, but how?

    Get on a beginner strength program - like Starting Strength, Stronglifts 5x5, all-pro beginner, New Rules of LIfting, or Strong Curves. When you build up a good base of strength - it'll take a few months - re-evaluate where you are. You can either add isolation exercises to work on specific areas, or change to a completely different program more in line with your specific goals.

    Without a basic strength level, more advanced programs aren't going to benefit you as much. So beginners should do a beginner strength program first.

    Be patient - building muscle is a long, slow process.

    You CAN'T change your genetic shape. You can enhance what shape you have though. If you have small hips, there's not much you can do (with the exception of gaining a lot of fat on them) to make them bigger with exercise.
