Will you give me an estimate on my BF% for a Skinny fat?

I need some tips as well. I weigh about 115-117 more or less any given time. I am doing a calorie deficit still. I do cardio minimally, strength training daily (do not log this). I am 5' 6". I would like an honest evaluation and any tips or tricks to improve my abdomen area. I am happy with my arms and legs. I do not even know what my *kitten* looks like yet. I just know I don't have one. Here is todays pic. I am asking for some new fitness techniques to pursue according to what you see in this close up to get the best results. Thank you kindly.

If your 5'6 than it's time to move to maintenance and recomp. Your BMI is already very low. If you think your fat percentage is still high, than you should recomp and maybe even consider doing a bulk cycle to add some muscle mass to your frame.
What kind of strength training are you doing?
How much of a deficit are you at?0 -
My strength training includes squats while holding a 11lb dumbbell, curls with the same dumbbell, pushups, sit on my butt and take the same dumbbell and move them from one side to the other, and a type of modified thing where I lift one leg while holding a 11lb. dumbbell, then do the same thing with the other leg. I do these all in one day 4 days a week. Plus my cardio which I try not to do so much, but it is addicting to me.0

My suggestion would be to look into a beginners lifting program if you have access to heavier weights or if not, then maybe try something like convict conditioning.

It's just blatant fat that is there, on my belly that is left. I would say at least 5lbs of fat. Contine a deficit still? I eat 1200kcals per day. So a 800cal deficit about?0

That's a very high deficit for how little you weigh. Losing 5 lbs would put you underweight. Seriously, you need to consider doing a body recomp.

I don't think you need to lose anymore weight. I think a recomp would be great for you. Eat at maintenance and start a lifting program. That way you will add a little muscle and lose a little fat. It's a long process, but I've seen some ladies with amazing success. I plan to start my recomp after I cut a few more pounds.0 -
Google stronglifts or new rules of lifting. I like them both0

I dont really want to lose the weight, like you say, just the fat. So recomp. Are their any sort of plan of actions for this adventure? I am lifting weights as it is, but at a deficit. So basically just eat my TDEE calories and lift at the same time?0
