hey everyone. I am trying myfitness pal for the third time! This time is going to be it. I have been logging in my food for the last 5 days and have lost 6.5 lbs. I know most of it is water and whatnot but I am excited and ready to lose 35-40 lbs. I am 22 and weighing in at 205.5 lbs a couple days ago, it is a relief and makes me extremely happy to know my weight is under 200 now. I am going to start doing my usual working out (lumber jacking) as my natural workout but going to try for every other day instead of only the weekends. Hope this helps along with sit-ups and push ups and the home workouts. Thanks for all support!!!!
