Torn Ligaments knee and ankle :(

Hey Peeps I have done two injuries now unfortunately did my knee ligament playing netball a few years back and have just torn a ligament in my ankle... My question to you guys Is I have just started on my weight loss journey again and have lost 9kg I don't want this to slow me down any ideas on healing? And other body exercises as I was just doing cardio before... But my ankle is very sore :(

    Do as your Dr / Physio advised and dont use your ankle until you have been given permission to do so.
    Dont overestimate the effect exercise has on burning calories, priority is your deficit and thats mostly made up by reducing consumption.
    Look on youtube for wheel chair workouts there are plenty for people who have broken ankles.
    You can still do weights and there are cardio routines you cna do just using upper body.
    Patience and make sure you rest as well as look after yourself. Some injuries cna be avoidied by being more careful.
