at work and during the weekends because I'm constantly on the move -- especially at work since I work with SpEd kids and do PE with them, etc .. The only problem I'm running into is how to translate how much moving I'm doing into how many calories burned, if any. Mostly it's just me walking back and forth across the classroom several times during the day and the most moving i get consistently is out at PE -- but I'm almost always getting my 10k steps in for the day .. is there any way to figure this out?

You account for that in the daily activity section here when you set up your goals. Use Moderately Active as your setting. Only log planned, sustained aerobic or strength training exercise.0
