Hi guys,
I had a knee surgery over 10 yrs ago and did something this weekend... its swollen and limited movement, can't put pressure on it. I need to see a doctor needless to say... but I'm devastated that I can't really workout. Or can I? Anyone know of anything I can do to burn some cal's even though my knee is bum and I can't put pressure on my left leg?

I'm in the same situation -- i was laid up a little this last week from twisting my bad knee again and, unfortunately, had to make the hard decision to stay home from my zumba class (which I love) .. in my case, I rested for a day completely (it's hard, but necessary!) then just walked the hallway in my house at a slow pace until i felt i couldn't stand the pain anymore .. kept doing that for a couple days, then tried the backyard, the driveway .. just building up the tolerance again .. you can also work on strength exercised that don't require pressure on your knee ^_^
best of luck!0
