Hi all, I am new to myfitness pal, and plan to use every aspect of this site to reach my goals. I am currently 40 pounds heavier than I would like to be. I need help, information, motivation, inspiration, and a little shove in the right direction. Looking for uplifting, positive friends. For starters, can someone give me a healthy, filling, low cal breakfast menu,,,,,,,,need help getting started. thanks.

    Hi grandma lol... I am in the same situation girlfriend! I too need to loose 43lbs. I am a vegetarian.
    Breakfast I eat 1 cup organic oatmeal and strawberries & blueberries. How are you doing with your meal choices?
