what should I do next?

In March I started walking and doing Mark Laurens strength training program, as laid out in his book, Body by You. Loved it because there was no extra equipment and I have noticible difference in my back and shoulders :) however, that's winding down and I'd like to start something new. Debating between 30 day shred, JMs 60 day ab dvd, or just picking videos off of fitness blender. Or, is there something else out there that's awesome? I'm looking for something that's strength training orientated. I've also just started running, along with the walking, so already getting in cardio. I'm in maintenance and not looking to lose weight, just healthier :)

Suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Tried that last year, but I did'nt care for it. But, thanks for the suggestion :)

Well, last night I was bending over to pick up something and my lower back went out ugh. Its done this twice before, and a few days with an icy hot pack and some Aleeve should fix it, but I need to take an easy for a few days. So, exercise is on the back burner for a while bleh!
