How many calories should I be eating

If I am eating 1450 calories a day, tracking my macros, and going to boot camp 45 minutes, for 5 days a week, can you give me an estimate of how many calories I am supposed to be eating? I am looking to lose weight and tone.

    Did you put your info into MyFitnessPal? Are you using the food diary? Do you put your workouts into MFP?

    The program is designed to tell you how many calories you are supposed to be eating. It does tend to overestimate how many calories are burned through exercise so you may want to just eat back about 50% of those exercise calories. An easy way to do that is to input half of the time you actually worked out.

    It actually does that very well. The amount of calories it calculates without exercise should be sufficient, even if you work out, but if you have to use the exercise calories, like above poster recommends, use half of the calories from activity.
