    I'm all about the snacks!

Here's a list of what I, in the UK, graze on.
    • Greek yoghurt, peanut flour (PB2) and strawberries. Try it. Life changing.
    • Greek yoghurt with a home made fruit compote. Usually rhubabrb, because it's often cheap at the end of the day at the supermarket and really low calorie.
    • Cheaterpants blancmange: sugar free jelly made up with half water, half greek yoghurt.
    • Mini Babybel cheese
    • Single serve packs of popcorn
    • Hula Hoop crisps
    • Actually any crisp-like snacks that come in at around 100 calories or less, like Walker's French Fries
    • Chocolate bars that come in at around 100 calories: Curly Wurly, Chomp, Freddo, Kinder
    • A couple of squares of good dark chocolate. Or bad white chocolate. :)
    • Laughing Cow wedges
    • A couple of small fruits, like clementines, plums, kiwi.
    • Watermelon - you get LOADS for 100 calories.
    • Quest bars - the lower calorie ones like cheesecake flavour
    • Low cal cereal bars like Alpen Lights
    • Apple slices dipped in peanut flour
    • Hard boiled eggs
    • Low calorie ice cream lollies - Mini Milks at 30 calories are a diet saver!
    • Baby plum or cherry tomatoes
    • 1 scoop protein powder mixed with water
    • Greek yoghurt with a bit of protein powder mixed in
    • Ambrosia mini rice pots - about 50 calories each
    • Almonds
    • Surimi, especially Sea Spray King Prawn flavour tails from Iceland.
    • Slices of ham
    • Satay sticks, from Iceland. 43 calories each of unhealthy but satisfying goodness
    • Mussels with salt and vinegar
    • Cooked chicken breast
    • Veggie sticks and low fat humus
