Hey everyone, my name is Laura and I've been on a fitness journey for about 5 years now. I'm a shortie coming in at a height of 5'2". I realized something needed to change when I reached by heaviest at 139lbs. While know this is not what some would consider awful for my frame I knew this was unhealthy. I started looking at my nutrition and I fell in love with running with the help of my best college pals. I am now 118 pounds and I am looking to stay motivated and work toward toning up and gaining strength. I'd love to have some motivated friends who enjoy fitness and nutrition!
