Fitbits calculate your TDEE and sync with MFP.

As I said upthread, Fitbit challenges are great motivation—and fun.

You can sync your Fitbit account with Trendweight.com (it's free) to see a moving average of your weight without the "noise" from water weight.

I lost the weight & have maintained for a year thanks to Fitbit + MFP + Trendweight.
