Hello! I've floated around my fitness pal for over a year- but I've never taken weightloss seriously until recently

What changed? I got tired of the person I saw in the mirror. I got tired of wanting to go for hikes; zip lining or other activities but not doing it because of my weight.

I have the mind and passions of a healthy fit person but my body doesn't match.

I'm 33 years old- I should be out experiencing the world. Instead I spent most of my days eating junk and watching television.

I also want to have kids some day soon and losing weight will help in that as well.

My starting weight was 230 lbs June 1, 2015

As of this morning I am now 219.2 lbs

My goal weight is between 125 lbs and 130 lbs

I have a long way to go but I'm excited to finally be on the right path
