The last time I did this was before I got pregnant with my daughter. She's 2 now. I think it's time to start making my body and my health a priority again. I'm trying desperately to get into the habit of being active during the summer because once school starts in the fall again, I know I'm going to struggle!
I'm looking for friends with similar lifestyles. Moms of young ones, educators. I'm looking to lose about 20 lbs hopefully.
Oh I also like to eat and I like to eat sugary sweet foods! I'm doing better with this, but after I have my exercise routine down, I'm going to try eliminating processed sugars. That's my plan. What's yours?
