I've been feeling very discouraged with my progress lately. I've come a long way but I feel I have WAY more to go. Luckily, time hop reminds me of how far I've come. What do you guys do when you feel discouraged? Here's a time hop if 5 years ago vs today

1. Always focus on how far you've gone, not how far you've let to go. 2. This is called life, not death. Be Joyful about living. 3. You look effing amazing. The only reason you need to loose more weight is because you want to. Not because you need to.
Seriously... Start doing things simply because you enjoy them, not because you are trying to shed weight. Then when the weight goes let that be added happiness.0 -
It is inevitable you will hit plateaus when you get close to your weight goal. You may need to increase your exercise and activity and have a little less calorie intake (if ok with your doctor). I am 5ft tall and a petite frame and you have to be patient and work super hard to get to last part of your journey. Remember this is not a diet this is a lifestyle change. If you treat it like a diet (temporary), the weight is more likely to return. With 5 years of success, you can make it all the weigh. Keep looking at your pictures. They are amazing. I look at my before an afters and am shocked! Keep a positive attitude and always surround yourself with like-minded people. They are the fuel to giving you that extra push over the finish line. You've got this!0

Don't really get discouraged honestly. I know that what I'm doing is working, reaching my goal is only a matter of time and patience.0

Fantastic work already. Certainly don't appear to have a "way" to go.0

Wow you look great! You're clearly into your yoga etc, but do you do weights? Sometimes at the end of weight loss, when there isn't too much more weight to lose, hitting the weights can really make a difference, just by getting everything toned and trim. You really don't look like you need to lose anymore weight though, you look amazing!0
