I know this has probably been talked about a million times, and i have read multiple previous posts about the subject...but its always better to hear it personally!
Im trying not to get discouraged with my lack of fat loss while working out/eating clean. Im 5'0 about 100 lbs and have some fat to lose in my stomach area!
Just yesterday i tried logging calories for the first time and i am a bit concerned thinking im not eating enough (especially with working out) and am thinking of upping my calories.... i ate about 1200 yesterday (and i did had a pretty intense workout session + 1 hr walk) . I didnt realize how little i was eating until i logged!!! (im sure i eat this low more often than i realize!!)
I think i will up it to 1500 and see if that helps shed the fat off.....
Any tips, advice, suggestions, experience, etc. would be awesome!

Thanks!

Are you sure you meant to put 100lbs? At 100lbs, you would be 'skinny fat' if anything, and would want to be building muscle not losing weight. You may want to ask about toning, etc.

How much are you trying to lose? You are already at the low end BMI given your stats and if you lose much more you'll be pushing into underweight territory.

Perhaps you should be looking at a body recomp instead of losing weight, it doesn't appear that you need to be at much of a deficit.

Yes that is what i meant! Thats why i specify "lose fat" rather than "lose weight" because people usually have that response lol. Any tips?
