Anyone know how to adjust the forum settings?

I seriously forgot. I know when the forum was updated, I selected the sections of the forum that I wanted to see and hid the rest. I can't for the life of me remember how I did that.
Anybody know?

    This was a feature that was added with the update. I hid sections like maintaining and gaining weight. I want to see the maintaining section now that I'm actually close to that point, but I can't remember how I hid them in the first place.

    Welp. This post was useless. :laugh: I figured it out after looking around some more.

    They couldn't make it easy could they. Oh no, it has to be a tiny gear that only shows up if you put your mouse in just the right spot.

    Thank you so much for this post, I had no idea I could unfollow certain forums. "Recent posts" has been useless to me because of all the posts in "Chit Chat, Fun and Games". Yay, this is so much better! :)
