Hi, I am interested in seeing how others are going under these conditions. I struggled a little a first but have since found it quite easy with a combination of mfp and Fitbit. Am hoping it stays this way but am expecting a plateau at some point.

Congratulations on your loss. You can find friends in the Fitbit Users group: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/1290-fitbit-users
The less you have to lose, the more slowly it comes off. That's just the way the human body works. When you have 22kg to go, set your goal to the second slowest option. With 11kg to go, switch to the slowest. (The smaller deficit will also help you transition to maintenance.)0 -
Great advice straight away! Than you0
