What are the best brands for low carb and high fat yogurts and where can I find it? Thanks.

    10% fat and <5% carb Greek / Turkish style yogurts fit the bill, not familiar with your area. Total is 5% fat http://usa.fage.eu/product/fage-total-classic-7-oz

    I haven't had much luck with this one... It's easier to find the the low-carb and then add coconut oil. Supposedly Greek gods full fat plain is good, but I haven't tried it.

    Greek yogurt that's full fat (so it won't say 2% or plain on the tub) and plain (flavored=added sugar=added carbs). I like Dannon and Fage.
