Well I should start by introducing myself.
I was very successful with mfp about two years ago and managed to lose 35 lbs. Sadly I have well and truly fallen off the wagon.
I injured my ankle in march and have been stuck on crutches and a air boot since then. My motivation and ability to exercise has completely gone out the window and I've pretty much given up with watching what I eat.
Needless to say I am now a mess and have gained over a stone. I can't stand what I have let myself become. I'm now recovering from ankle surgery which will hopefully mean I can become more mobile and really could do with some support to sort myself out.
Any advice on exercise with reduced emphasis on ankles and also diet to kick start my motivation would be hugely appreciated.
Thanks
