Could use a little motivation to stay on track

Wel I'm Ritchie and I am not really that new to all this but I am finding out that I could really use a little help with staying the course. About two years ago I came to within a few pounds of reaching my goal weight but I then switched things up with my job and it threw my whole training in a downward spiral. Since then I have been struggling to get back on the horse. Could really use some friends for some motivation and I could possibly give them that little extra push also.
