help with starting a weekly training routine

Hey everybody. Just downloaded the app today and was looking for some help on my workout plan. First time going to the gym since high school (currently 22), so im pretty out of shape (but very skinny still). I want to build muscles for my Chest, arms, legs, etc, as well as work on cardio. I dont know what exercises are best for a beginner, so im hoping someone here could offer some tips or a good daily work out plan because i only have a rough idea of what to do. Im hoping to start going to the gym this monday, so any adviceand tips are appreciated :)
