Sooooo had a great week calorie wise and workout wise until tonight- my last night of my week. We had a neighborhood party and I pretty much feel like I blew it- I drank- which I haven't done in weeks; I ate carbs like pretzels and chips- which I haven't done at night in awhile; and I had a great time which I always have but tonight I'm feeling very guilty now. My Net for the week is under my goal but my Total is over my goal for the week. My macros for the week still ended up pretty on target.
I'm pissed at myself for indulging. But I really had an awesome time . I'll get right back on it tomorrow but I hope I can still count this week as overall on plan. What do you think? I'm open to feedback! Thanks in advance!

What you did today is called "real life". It's a good thing. As long as you don't overindulge to the point of no return, let it go. Enjoy the day you had. Go back to being a little stricter tomorrow.
*Congratulations on having such a wonderful day!*0 -
I think you did well. You ate on plan pretty much and cut yourself some slack one day will not undo a week! I did the same kinda today but there are gonna be days or events where life us life enjoy it guilt free:)0
