How can I keep late night snacking habits away!?

    It's all about willpower. To me, I work nights, so my 'late night' snacking is equivalent to around noon, which really makes it hard because the people in my family make lunch about that time. Either way, the best way is to 'complete your diary' and than just realize you can't eat anymore.

    She's right it is all willpower, need to drink water when hunger strikes and be strong. Tell yourself u don't need to eat and think about the goal in mind "to lose weight and feel great!!!"
