Does any woman have a picture of what it looks like to go from 140 to 130? (even better if 5'6")?

Hey all, I've been lurking around here for 7-8 months and I just cannot seem to lose these 10 lbs. I'll create a decent deficit (mostly through exercise..and a reasonable diet) but then one day I'll go get a couple beers and a pub meal and erase most if not all of it. I think if I can see how much difference those 10 lbs would make, maybe I can do it?...Thanks ahead of time.

It is not only about weight, but also body fat percentage.
Someone with low bf can weight more and look more toned than someone that weighs less with a higher bf %.
Consider starting with strength training and recomposItion.

I'm 140 now.
At 130, my tummy is ALMOST flat.
At 125, it IS flat.
I also get much nicer curves overall.0
