Does any woman have a picture of what it looks like to go from 140 to 130? (even better if 5'6")?

Hey all, I've been lurking around here for 7-8 months and I just cannot seem to lose these 10 lbs. I'll create a decent deficit (mostly through exercise..and a reasonable diet) but then one day I'll go get a couple beers and a pub meal and erase most if not all of it. I think if I can see how much difference those 10 lbs would make, maybe I can do it?...Thanks ahead of time.
