I first made a change with my activity level. Went on a tread mill every day up to 2 hours a day. Was losing 2 pounds a week. Have been dropping 3-4 a week in the last 5 or so weeks by making diet adjustments.

Never thought I would have this crazy awesome metabolism.. it seems almost too easy!

    Awesome keep it up!! I've been trying to eat healthier and not snack so much (late at night) and eat smaller meals throughout the day. It really does help!
