Lost weight the first week now nothing

Hi am so stressed, i was loosing weight everyday the first week and now its the second week iv stopped and slightly heavyer why?! So dissapointed help!! Iv been excersizin more too

Weight loss isn't linear.
you aren't going to lose every week.
And if you just starting working out, your muscles are retaining so water, showing the gain on the scale0 -
Weigh yourself once a week, not every day, if you can't deal with the human body's normal weight fluctuations. And even weighing yourself once a week, you might not always see a loss, despite your best efforts. As the previous poster said, weight loss isn't linear. Look at the trend over time, not at any particular week.

A week is a very short amount of time in the scheme of things when you're talking weight loss. It's not linear and you're likely to see weeks like this along the way. Keep eating at a deficit and working out and be patient.0
