Smokes Occasionally?

Not quite sure how to approach this. Is this someone trying to quit and only smokes every odd hour, or maybe cigar smokers? I think it might be code. Is this about people that only smoke on April 20? Just curious.....

    Could mean a person who just smokes while drinking or maybe they are trying to quit and only smoke after meals or at night when the craving hits.
    Could also just mean someone who only smokes a few a day, instead of nonstop during the day.

    Its almost impossible to get a correct answer on this one. Lots of people define smoking occasionally as different things.

    I'd guess smoking socially, like at bars, parties, or casinos. I don't think tokers consider smoking pot the same as smoking cigarettes..but then again I can't speak for everyone...
