Finally found what works

I've been on a rollercoaster diet my since I was 10 yrs old. Now, at 44, I finally, finally found what works for me. I've done WW, Jenny Craig, Nutrisystem, worked out like a maniac, not worked out..etc.
I've lost 38 lbs in 11 weeks by following a low cal, low carb, low-no sugar, moderate protein diet. A typical day looks like this: Breakfast: EAS Carb Control shake w/ 1 c baby spinach, lunch: salad with peppers, cucumbers, red onion, fresh herbs, snack: low carb protein bar, dinner: 8oz animal protein, 2-3 cups of low carb veggies, late snack: protein pancake or oatmeal. I feel great, only get hungry once or twice a week, and when I am, I eat something small, like a hard boiled egg.
I've learned to use cauliflower a lot, its super filling and versatile. I lose about 3 lbs a week. I am not working out yet, aside from yoga and walking. When I get to where I want to be I will add a piece of fruit, some whole grain bread, and sweet potato and start exercising.
