    It's a vegan diet that restricts not only animal products, but also flour, sugars, corn syrup, caffeine, etc. Very restrictive.

    The reason you become a *kitten* is because the diet is so restrictive your hanger basically turns you to the dark side.

    Not really my thing.

    Its very restrictive, and I dont like the writing style very much. Lots of people love it though. I read 2 chapters at the library, and re-shelved it.
