Downloaded this app quite a wile back and have never really used it. I started trying to loose a little weight and that has turned into getting into running. I am down 20 lbs so far and have ran a few 5k road races and have my sights set on a half marathon. But maybe not this year. I am going to give it all I can and have a great friend pushing me.
