MyFitnessPal was recommended to me in February.and has been very helpful, to the point of losing 10 lbs. I am now at my weight and want to maintain, but finding it risky. I have spent so much time either on a diet or overeating that I need to learn how to maintain. I will use Message Boards to focus this aspect.
