my pedometer made me cry....(any paleo eaters in here?!)

Hello all!!

I'm rejoining the fitness train after too long off.
I lost 60+ pounds and was able to keep it off for several years, through diet alone. Recently I gained 5 pounds, which I know isn't much- but it's my "red light" to get back to where I need to be.
Though my weight is considered healthy, I'm extremely out of shape.
I'm full of excuses as to why, but I won't bore you with the details! Let's just say I started wearing a pedometer and after an "active" day, I had only hit 6000 steps. Determined to get back in shape, I looked into "fefit" thinking it would be an easy transition. Boy was I wrong! I popped on a sample video, and I couldn't even make it one exercise past their "warm up" WOAH!
Due to physical limitations, I started looking for some low impact cardio, that could also help with toning.
So yesterday I ordered myself a
Rebounder! It will be here on the first, and I am actually really excited to see if it Actually works! I've found lots of theory, but not Many success stories so crossing my fingers that this helps!

My normal go to exercise is yoga which I absolutely LOVE but that's been put to the side too lately. Looking forward to hopping back on the mat!

On another note, due to allergies in my son, we recently went paleo, and I'm definitely interested in following some other paleo eaters for food ideas!!
