Insanity with day breaks

Hey,

I just started Insanity. Howeer due to my life-style and health issues I am little concerned about doing the work out everyday, so take a 1-2 day break inbetween worouts.
At the moment I find it difficult to get through a whole workout, as half makes me light-headed enough to want to stop (hehehe, it's an insane workout).
I am really enjoying the work out, and although I am not seeing any results and chages in my waistline, I was wonder if I will see changes in my size or should I be doing it everyday to get results?
