I was wondering if any one has ever done the ten minute calorimeter test to check CO2 output to get a true value of your resting metabolic rate and compared that value with what the equations say that it should be? I'm getting mine done in Oklahoma City next week(only 50 bucks) and was curious what other people have found out!
