    I did some on the grill the other night.
    Bacon wrapped asparagus... but I brushed some hot sauce on one side of the bacon, wrapped 3-4 stalks with sauce side against asparagus. Grilled in foil pan for about 15min....yum.

    Wrapped in bacon. Sauteed and added to pasta or rice dishes. Stir-fry with beef. Oven-roasted. Quickly blanched and then cooked with a little butter. Asparagus is really versatile.

    cut off end , wrap in wet paper towel, put on microwave safe plate, cook on high 6 mins, spray with fake butter or sesame oil. UNWRAP CAREFULLY they are HOT!!!

    Roll some goat cheese in the procuitto with the asparagus! Bake 350' about. 15 min drizzle olive oil and pepper

    I love to roast it plain with just olive oil, salt and pepper, but sometimes I also add in large chopped scallion and sliced sun dried tomato when I roast it. Delicious and easy!
