Macro Numbers Are Stressful

I'm pretty successful with staying within my calorie goals. But I'm having a hard time hitting my macro numbers. I either eat way too many carbs, way too little protein, way too much fat, etc and I'm having a hard time achieving a balance (I'm a bit of a picky eater). I've noticed my waist/hip measurements haven't budged in a while. Could this explain why?

Pre log to hit your macros.

    They are rather distracting.
Pay attention to them in this order.
Protein: Hit this goal. Going over is O.K.
Fat: Try to hit this goal. Going over is O.K.
Carbs: Their numbers do not matter.

Ya, pre-logging helped me to figure out how to get in more protein and reduce carbs.

    ^This. And prelogging works wonders.
