Really struggling

I have low self eestem. My weight has shot up over the past 2.5 years and I'm now 14st 8 lbs (I think it's 205lbs in the U.S.) when I feel stressed I eat.. But I have to lose weight and feel healthy. Any tips would be fab!

I took a body shot of myself and made a promise to myself. If I lose a certain amount of weight by next year I'll go anywhere for vaca. Slow baby steps! Set monthly goals! Good luck!0

Just stick with it! You can do it! Try to make small goals for yourself and don't be too hard on yourself when you mess up because it will happen. Try finding something you can do other than eat when you are stressed like exercise or do a puzzle. You could also prepare healthy snacks in advance so that when you do feel an urge to binge you have something to grab other than junk0
