Help me accurately log a sweet potato

What I want to do is skin a sweet potato, cut it up and steam it in my veggie steamer. How do I log that? Of course it'll be doctored once done but I cannot for the life of me find an accurate entry for a plain old sweet potato with skin. Thanks folks.

    Look for 'sweet potato raw', weigh your potato, enter the number of grams, done.
