Different workouts?

I'm doing the INSANTIY workout as of today (fitness test is a killer) and I still like to jog/walk fast, but I want to know how I can really add a workout when I'm doing my Front desk job. I work as a Massage Therapist and I already know I workout doing that (I can take ?'s about my MT work) but I need different things I can do for the other part of my job. Please help. I need to lose 60lbs by September. Add me too and be in my corner for my woot woot support!!!

    You might want to spend time in the General Diet and Weight Loss Help area. 60 lbs in either 8 or 12 weeks (depending on when in Sept.) is not doable. They can help you understand why better than I can ^_^

    Try jumping rope or running in place. Or eat fewer calories. But as was said, 60 lbs isn't realistic by September. Why do you "need" to lose it by then?
