a health & fitness podcast I like

I am not associated with this podcast at all (other than being a regular listener)."Fat2FitRadio.com. It is hosted by two guys: one has been educated in fitness/physiology, etc and has lost 30+ lbs (his goal, i think), and the other is a guy who started at almost 300 lbs. The podcast follows the latter's weight loss journey, as well as shares a wealth of various information on how your body functions and the BEST way to lose weight (as opposed to quick fixes, hyped supplements, etc).

I just see a lot of people's comments on how what seems to be awful low caloric intake, plateaus, etc. and these two episodes in particular see to be a pretty good "nutshell" of info. So I figured I'd post it, and hopefully it will help someone who may be having trouble losing, and losing healthfully.--

episodes 36 & 44 should be helpful.
