Hi im not sure on what to set my goals for carbs fats and protien to loose weight per week im female and 5 foot 3 and weigh 13 st 8

They are currently set as..
Carbs 120
Protien 90
Fat 40

    You're 5'3 and 190 pounds. I'm not sure what your goal weight is but i'd assume it's somewhere around 120-130 or so.

    If your goal is 130, you have 60 pounds to lose. You are in the range to lose 2 lbs per week.

    So, right now your maintenance calories are:
    1,742 BMR
    2090 TDEE (if sedentary)

    To lose 2 pounds per week you'd need 1090 calories a day. I'd suggest you go for the 1,200 calorie route which is just under 2 pounds per week.

    As far as the macros, it's up to you on what you prefer and keeps you satisfied. I like the 40c/30f/30p ratio. So that'd be:

    480 cals from carbs
    360 cals from protein
    360cals from protein

    120 G Carbs
    90 G Protein
    40 G Fat


    So i think you're spot on! :)
