General Estimate help?

Hi there! I just wanted opinions or estimates as to, if I keep this up, how much YOU think I'd lose. I'm female, 18, 182 Lbs. For the past five days I have been biking six miles, doing 50 arm curls, 25 push ups, 50 sit ups... All while eating 1,500 calories per day. Only drinking water, no soda. Approximately how much do you think I'll lose per month and/or by the end of the year? Thanks! I'm just looking for guesses or estimates. I know I can't actually depend on these answers, but I'd just like to hear your thoughts!

Plug the info into MFP and see what it says.

How aggressive is your goal set? How tall are you? Usually, at the beginning, you'll drop initial water weight (could be 4-7 pounds ish. Then at a pound a week, thats 4-5 pounds a month.

That's dependent on what you chose as your goal loss, your activity level, the amount of energy you're putting into your exercises, the accuracy of your logging, and other factors. Nobody will be able to really give you an estimate, especially as weight loss is not linear and you'll have weeks where you'll lose less or not at all.
