Reflect to Identify

First, I don't like using the term "diet." I feel when people hear "diet," it allows them to think "short term" vs. a lifestyle change. What we choose to put in our bodies is something that should be permanent not temporary.
Eating clean, knowing proper portion control, and the correct amount of food to fuel your body is the foundation for results.
I once suffered from depression and an eating disorder. It was a struggle to find my balance. I needed to reflect on myself. Once I identified what the triggers were, I was able to work on myself and make the proper changes.
When you feel stuck, look at your food intake, workouts, or lack of motivation to workout, and identify what/why didn't work or why it didn't happen and make the change.
