Hello, everyone!

I don't know how this works. I read about this site from pinterest and decided to sign up. I'm planning to start insanity tomorrow. I've read a lot of posts about how hard this workout is. I don't know if it's a good idea since I'm not really into exercising. Any good tips?

    A step at a time.healthy eating first.no junk food and no eating after6pm.its amazing,after a day or two you'll have more energy and want to exercise.lots of fruit to begin.let the body clean itself out and give yourself a chance.congrats you've made the crucial first step

    Insanity is fun but it is not easy don't try to keep up the first week learn the moves! Same thing goes for part two of Insanity. As for nutrition by the end of it I couldn't eat enough to keep weight on.
