So new and need help

Hi everyone, my name is Sam(Samantha). I'm 28 and about 185lbs. I'm trying to drop 25lbs and need help, I'm clueless on everything. I've change my eating and need 80g of protein. I can barely get 60g a day. My goal is around 1800 calories and I'm struggle to eat 900. I got into the habit of eating once a day and eating out. I'm having to force my self to eat. I work 7 days a week between two jobs and 2-3days have 15min between jobs to make food and eat. I really could use help and friends and ideas. Really anything positive.
