Struggle to stay consistent

Okay, I go back and forth with being on MFP and then going off. I know part of the problem is I do good logging, then if I have a bad day, I don't log and as we all know, once you stop, it's easy to not continue. How do others handle this and what suggestions for staying consistent do you have

You keep on coming back. Every time you leave, you keep coming back whether it takes a day or a year. Keeping on coming back will help to keep you consistent. Repeating the behaviours you'd like to ingrain.

Make up your mind that you are going to loose weight and not play at it. I know that sounds harsh but it was something not long ago I could have said to myself. I did, in fact, say to myself. This is the 3ird and last time. I'm 32 days in to the rest of my life. Are you ready for the rest of your life? Because the rest of your life is what it is going to take. If so many others can come back and do this so can I, so can you.

I have trouble too. Logging is actually a habit for me. Im not perfect but i used to skip logging when i thought i was being bad.
I started to log no matter what and found that often times even if i made poor choices, the damage wasnt that bad.
it keeps me honest with myself.
it gives me an idea of what to do in the future. And helps me decide to look for other options.
you can make your diary private if you don't want others looking at it.
